We are an international social media company focused on TikTok live streaming and financial education. Our mission is to deliver engaging and insightful content to audiences around the world. As we expand, we are seeking Southeast Asian talents with strong English communication skills and financial trading experience to join our TikTok live stream team.

Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site position located in Shenzhen, China. Remote work is available only during the onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Host Financial Live Streams on TikTok:
- Present lively, informative live broadcasts in English on topics such as financial literacy and trading
- Engage viewers by answering questions, leading discussions, and building a community
- Encourage followers to join private groups and future sessions

2. Drive Engagement and Growth:
- Use creative methods to boost audience participation and follower growth
- Adjust content and delivery based on feedback and performance

3. Participate in Content and Training:
- Join internal training sessions and assist in recorded content creation
- Be flexible with working hours during training or recording phases

4. Work Schedule:
- Full-time role (Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day)
- Live stream time: typically 3–4 hours per day, adjusted based on market demand
- Additional attendance may be required during training or pre-recording weeks

Job Requirements：

- Applicants from Southeast Asian countries welcome (e.g., Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, etc.)
- Fluent spoken English with neutral or minimal accent is essential
- Study-abroad experience or international education background is highly preferred
- Must have personal experience in financial trading (e.g., forex, stocks, crypto)
- Prior live streaming or content creation experience is a plus
- Strong on-camera presence, clear communication, and audience engagement skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a live setting
