Job Responsibilities
- Host 2 to 3 weekly TikTok livestreams, focusing on product highlights, demonstrations, and engaging storytelling to drive sales.
- Regularly conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Gain a deep understanding of our fashion items (best sellers, inventory levels, fabrics, etc.) to provide informed recommendations on what to promote and when.
- Analyze audience feedback and livestream performance regularly to improve both engagement and sales strategies.

Job Requirements
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion and enjoys styling outfits.
- Competitive salary based on experience. Previous experience with TikTok live streaming is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
- Preferably based in Shanghai, but candidates from cities in Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces (e.g., Hangzhou) are also welcome.
- Available to work from 9 AM to 12 PM or 2 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, or Fridays. Flexible part-time schedule suitable for various applicants.
