Job Responsibilities:

⚠️ Important: This is an on-site full-time position based in Shenzhen, China. Remote work is allowed only during the initial onboarding period.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Host Financial Live Streams on TikTok:
- Deliver engaging, educational TikTok live streams in English on topics related to financial literacy and trading.
- Answer viewer questions in real time and create an inclusive, community-driven experience.
- Encourage followers to join future live sessions and private groups.

2. Increase Engagement and Build Community:
- Use creative strategies to drive viewer participation and convert audience into loyal followers.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve interaction, content flow, and engagement.

3. Support Training and Content Production:
- Attend training sessions and assist in pre-recorded video content creation.
- Be available for extended working hours during training and recording periods.

4. Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day).
- Daily live streaming: 3–4 hours, scheduled based on market needs.
- Additional hours required during onboarding, training, and video production periods.

Job Requirements:

- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent on-camera communication skills
- Must have personal experience in financial trading (e.g., forex, stocks, crypto, indices, metals)
- Confident, charismatic, and able to lead live conversations effectively
- Previous live streaming or content creation experience is preferred
- Familiarity with TikTok trends and audience behavior is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and quick to adapt during live broadcasts
