Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Live Streaming & Sales Hosting: Conduct live sales broadcasts for the company’s branded products on TikTok US, effectively communicating product USPs (fabric, fit, styling scenarios, etc.) through engaging presentations and interactive discussions to drive conversions.
Content Planning & Adaptation: Develop live scripts (e.g., themed outfits, promotional events) based on product features and operational needs, while dynamically adjusting delivery strategies in response to real-time audience feedback.
Engagement & Atmosphere Building: Boost viewer retention and interaction rates (likes, comments, shares) by employing techniques such as Q&A, giveaways, try-on demos, and other interactive methods.
Live Execution & Optimization: Fulfill weekly live streaming hours, analyze audience behavior data (e.g., trending items, peak traffic times), and continuously refine live performance.
Post-Live Review & Feedback: Summarize key metrics (GMV, conversion rates, etc.) after each session, collaborate with the team to enhance content quality, and optimize scripting and pacing.
Handling Emergencies: Address technical issues or viewer concerns during broadcasts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining brand reputation.
Requirements:
Fluent English (native-level proficiency for English-only broadcasts), clear articulation, natural delivery, and strong persuasive skills.
Fashion sensibility, with knowledge of US trends, strong styling expertise, and familiarity with TikTok US user preferences. Ability to integrate trending topics into live content.
Strong on-camera presence—expressive, confident, and adept at handling live contingencies (e.g., lagging streams, sudden questions). Capable of adjusting strategies (e.g., switching featured products, refining pitches) based on real-time analytics.
Prior live-streaming experience preferred.
Flexible scheduling: 3–5 sessions weekly, 3 hours per session (subject to operational needs).
