Job responsibilities:

2. Be responsible for recruiting and training anchors, mobilizing the fans' mood in the live broadcast room, enhancing the fans' activity, ensuring the popularity of the live broadcast room, and completing the live broadcast with goods.
3. Responsible for the content operation of Tiktok live broadcast, including content planning, production organization, data detection and analysis, etc.
4. Set up the scene, equipment and equipment in the live broadcast room.
5. Training, management and operation of live broadcast assistants and anchors, fan maintenance and private domain diversion.
6. Preparation before the live broadcast, traffic analysis and optimization during the live broadcast, data recovery after the live broadcast, sorting out the recovery report to improve the live broadcast effect.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with no barrier in English reading and writing.
2. Familiar with Tik Tok live broadcast platform. More than 1 year experience is preferred.
