The role will support the evaluation of the working time tracking possible solutions, negotiation with vendors & its platforms assessment (with a WD as a preferred solution); coordination of solution implementation.
Typical Accountabilities | Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with payroll team, Global HR Time Lead and vendors (Workday, GT) to understand and impact the future roadmap for Time module;
- Collaborate with HRIT to support the release process;
- Coordinate the working group (HR + Business representatives) to work out the balanced approach & solution;
- Cooperate with potential vendors
- To develop the training materials & deliver the workshops on the new Time module functionality;
- Review issues and questions to ensure we utilize full potential of the vendor time module;
- Collaborate with the Payroll Leads to ensure that the e2e process is working and not impacting the usage of the time module.
- The role is expected to prepare process maps and documentation
- Develop & setup time module to enable managers, business and HR to have oversight of time and absence
- Implementation - Support the rollout of new functionality and change requests of Time module in Poland
- Supporting other process improvements connected with payroll and TIME
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience in HR Operations
- Experience in project management
- Advanced knowledge of WD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as proven negotiation, collaboration Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities
Desirable
- Effectively plans, coordinates and facilitates delivery of project objectives
- Demonstrates appropriate Project Management skills
- Demonstrates operational expertise in risk management and contingency planning
- Ability to understand the impact of technology on projects and to use and develop computer skills while making appropriate use of Time module in an e-enabled environment
- Demonstrates conceptual, analytical and strategic thinking
- Effective problem and conflict resolution skills
