Summary of Responsibilities: 
 

• Plan and propose activities for guest and colleagues.
• Engage guest and colleagues with regular learning inspiring fun activities through a monthly activity calendar.
• Manage “Tingar” and plan kids activity at the hotel.
• Create experiences for guests in the evenings that will add value to their stay.
• Coordinate, liaise and support guest and colleague wellness and social activities for improved guest comments and colleague engagement.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
