1. Leading the Tire testing in China in the Team Chassis, NVH, Cooling & Sound Systems
0. Overall responsible for component development according to Mercedes-Benz Development System (MDS)
1. Responsible for Component/system level of tire subjective / objective testing and release
2. Make tire testing plan and organize testing resource according to China projects milestone.
3. Co-Creation with RD Germany, Tire BTV, purchase, quality, and global top tire suppliers in China.
4. Lead tire function evaluation & discussion with related parties, eg. R&H/NVH, certification, CGL, etc.
5. Identification of China specific requirements and communication towards HQ.
0. Technical support to Joint Venture BBAC RD
0. Support engineering change implementation throughout product lifecycle of localized components of all locally produced Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
1. Act as the window person between joint venture plant and RD HQ, provide technical support for production engineering issues.
3. Working together with Field Quality organization on Chinese market issues
