The Intel Manufacturing Supply chain and Operations Automation - MSOA team is looking for a highly motivated Cloud Software Application developer with strong software architectural skills to lead development of a one stop shop web-based solution to monitor, visualize, review and drilldown on various manufacturing data as well as integrate Machine Learning algorithms and Hadoop based Big Data analytics into such platform for enabling advanced analytics. This position is a technical role that requires the direct design and development of robust scalable performant systems for world class manufacturing data analysis together with supporting collaterals such as unit tests and build automation pipelines. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Develop applications that work in and on industry or hybrid cloud environments using capabilities and frameworks from internal and external cloud providers. -Develop and coordinate cloud architecture over various areas, including application development, identity and access management, network and data management, and security. -Define the initial DevSecOps solution and links it to the cloud platform. Utilize DevOps processes, automation, culture, and target platforms. -Leverages expertise in cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure, building and designing web services in the cloud, orchestrating and automating cloud based platforms, as well as frontend development of the user interface. -Utilize HTML, JavaScript libraries, responsive, and/or AWS frameworks.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 1+ years of industry post university experience and strong software programming experience.
- Ideal candidate must have 1+ years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Mastery of backend/frontend software architecture and design practices is a must.
- Demonstrated experience using current frontend web technologies like Typescript /Angular
- Demonstrated experience using current C#/.NET and/or python for Backend programming and ETLs.
- Proficient with source control tools GIT and ability to review code.
- Working knowledge of basic computer science data structures and algorithms.
- Experience in trouble shooting and root cause analysis of Full-stack solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript , Python desired.
- Strong skills around integrating with RESTful APIs.
- Experience in leveraging opensource packages is desired.
- Experience with AWS, BigData Hadoop Hbase Hive architecture SPARK Scala programming is desired.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or test yield engineering is a plus.
- Devops and/or Docker experience in prior projects.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
