Responsibilities 主要职责

This position may participate in one or more of the following duties as directed by supervision or management:

• Ensure all aspects of Purchasing's policies, objectives, and initiatives are achieved including maximizing customer satisfaction (internal and external) and minimizing cost确保符合并完成所有的采购政策、目标与行动，实现客户满意度的最大化与成本的最小化。

• Work closely with global purchasing and engineering team to initiate Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quote (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO) and amendments for tooling & Capital equipment; 与全球采购与工程团队紧密合作，在模具与资产设备项目发布信息请求、报价请求、采购订单以及修订。

• Maintain close coordination with China plant engineering, scheduling and production to ensure timely execution of tooling and capex sourcing activities 与中国工厂工程、计划与生产职能保持密切协调，确保模具与设备采购按时执行。

• Build, develop and manage partnership, relationships, with Suppliers and contract manufacturers 与供应商与制造方建立、发展与维系良好的合作关系。

• Initiate and/or coordinate outsourced tooling work (Design/Manufacture) with qualified tooling subcontractors. Ensure accuracy, quality workmanship and on time delivery 启动并协调与合格的模具分供方开展模具外发工作（设计/制造），确保准确、质量符合标准以及按时完工。

• Maintain awareness of industry standards, trends, and technologies to identify cost reductions of capital equipment and cost of operations through standardization of material and value analysis 具备合格的工业标准、趋势以及技术方面的知识与意识，通过标准化的材料与价值分析鉴别资本性设备采购成本的降低。

• Analyze and review purchasing reports and documents to ensure internal standards are met 分析并审核采购报告与文件，确保符合内部标准。

• Develop, track, analyze and improve key purchasing parameters such as spending, supplier delivery, inventory accuracy, etc. 开发、跟踪、分析并改进主要采购指标、包括花费、供应商交付、库存准确等。

• Maintain all buying activities as assigned 执行所有被分配的采购活动

• Interface with Customers, Suppliers, and internal functional organizations 与客户、供应商与内部职能组织对接

• Participate in design reviews and specifications for manufacturing feasibility 参与设计审核与制造可行性规格分析

• Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct 日常言谈举止符合公司使命、价值、职业道德、政策和其他行为规范。

Qualifications 任职资格

Minimum, 5 years’ experience in a similar role(s) 在相似岗位至少5年的工作经验

Extensive knowledge of tooling (metal stamping or die casting) required 广泛的模具（金属冲压与铸造）方面的知识。

Experience of Capital equipment preferred 有资本性设备项目经验的优先

Global sourcing experience required 需要具备全球采购的经验

Multinational company experience preferred 有跨国企业工作经验的优先

Engineering background preferred 有工程背景的优先

Bachelor's degree required. Masters' Degree preferred 需要本科学历、硕士优先

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project 熟练运用office软件，包括Word, Excel, Powerpoint与Project。
Good English both in Oral and Written. 良好的口头与书面英语能力。

Good communication skill and team work spirit 良好的沟通技巧与团队合作精神。
