Job responsibilities:
1.Plastic tooling and part cost estimation
2.Part feasibility analysis, support designer to optimize the part geometry for better productivity and cost
3.Conduct feasibility study with suppliers, check and approve the tooling DFM, CAE simulation and molding parameter
4.Lead the tooling design review and approve the layout
5.Tooling development and open issue follow up, be closed on time
6.Tooling tryout and molding parameter setup together with supplier
7.Tooling buy off and full run test
8.Offer technical support to plant and global team to solve technical issue.
9.Cost workshops
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Qualification:
1.Bacholor 's degree
2.6-8 years working experience
3.Tooling design
4.Injection molding process and parameter setup
5.Mold flow simulation knowledge
6.GD&T
7.Steel and raw material knowledge
8.Machining knowledge is plus
