We are looking forward to a Tooling Supervisor in Eaton’s Golf business, based in Tainan, Taiwan. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Take lead tooling development from pilot run to PPAP to SOP within specified time frame and target cost through Pro Launch. Take lead to come out solutions for tooling quality and OTD improvement. Manage documenting processes required to tooling drawing. Manage the documentation update as required and establish consistent reliable tooling design change management procedures to ensure documentation is updated at all times. Deliver tooling solutions to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints and creating innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Implant continuous tooling technology improvement of manufacturing efficiency for new and current product lines. Team up with RD/MFG/QC/FE/SCM to support new process development for business growth (DTC-Direct To Consumer project). Team up with GIC/RD to support global tooling standard project. Setup a clear vision and lead tooling team member to execute organization transformation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Years and area of experience required 5 years process engineering experience 5-8 years management experience. Technical Knowledge Tooling related experience Experience with process improvement or lean activities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Soft skills Demonstrated English language capability and fluency in writing and reading. Problem solving skills and the ability to identify the root cause. Proactive attitude and strong ability to have cross-function communicate in a friendly demeanor. Yes!
