Shanghai//International Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers Needed late August 2026 in Changning district, Shanghai (Good salary+ 10.7k housing/month+ 3 months' paid holiday)

Starting Date: August 20th, 2026;
Locations:
1. Changning district, Shanghai near Longxi road station of line 10;
2. Qingpu district, Shanghai Near Middle Jiasong road station of li ne 17;
3. Xuhui district, Shanghai Near Damuqiao road station of line 4/12;

About the contract:
1. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4pm;
2. Starting: Mid August, 2025;
3. Class Size: 20-22 students, Chinese co-teacher and Teaching Assistant (TA) present at all times. Teacher student ratio about;
4. Fixed term contract and contract renewable;

Compensation and Benefits:
1. Good yearly salary depending on your teaching experience and academic background;
2. Housing allowance: 10,710 RMB per month;
3. lunch allowance: 50RMB (before tax) per working day;
4. Performance Bonus: 10,000 RMB (before tax) end of contract bonus；
5. Comprehensive Medical Insurance (currently AXA);
6. Paid holidays: Chinese public holidays, approx. nearly 3 months' winter/summer/Chrismas holiday per year;
7. Roundtrip airfare either purchased or reimbursed depending on situation (up to 6,000 RMB per year)；
8. Extra Student Fee if the class size is over 24 students；
9. 7 days paid sick leave per school year；
10. Chinese New Year bonus (Hongbao)；

Requirements:
1. Native English Speaker;
2. Bachelor degree or above, prefer a degree in early childhood education;
3. At least 2 years' international kindergarten homeroom teaching experience prefer EYFS teaching experience;
4. PGCE/QTS/Teaching license Preferred;
