• This position need native Cantonese Speaker to answer inquiries of HK MACAU.

• Answer in an elegant and professional manner to customers ***** calls, emails and chats

• Follow up all customer request within specified deadlines to ensure that the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry

• Strong English ability and interest in Luxury industry
