Shanghai//International Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher Needed in Mid August 2025 in Qingpu/Changning districts , Shanghai (Good salary+ 10.7k housing/month+ 3 months' paid holiday)

Locations:
1. Qingpu district, Shanghai near Middle Jiasong road station of line 17( Students age: 3~4 years old）;


About the contract:
1. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4pm;
2. Starting: Mid August, 2025;
3. Class Size: 20-22 students, Chinese co-teacher and Teaching Assistant (TA) present at all times. Teacher student ratio about;
4. Fixed term contract and contract renewable;

Compensation and Benefits:
1. Good yearly salary depending on your teaching experience and academic background;
2. Housing allowance: 10,710 RMB per month;
3. lunch allowance: 50RMB (before tax) per working day;
4. Performance Bonus: 10,000 RMB (before tax) end of contract bonus；
5. Comprehensive Medical Insurance (currently AXA);
6. Paid holidays: Chinese public holidays, approx. 2 weeks for spring festival, 1 week for Christmas， 6-7 weeks off in the summer；
7. Roundtrip airfare either purchased or reimbursed depending on situation (up to 6,000 RMB per year)；
8. Extra Student Fee if the class size is over 24 students；
9. 7 days paid sick leave per school year；
10. Chinese New Year bonus (Hongbao)；
11. Termly performance bonus paid basing on individual working performance；
12. Transportation allowance 2000RMB before tax per month;

Requirements:
1. Native English Speaker;
2. Bachelor degree or above, prefer a degree in early childhood education;
3. At least 2 years' international kindergarten homeroom teaching experience prefer EYFS teaching experience;
4. PGCE/QTS/Teaching license Preferred;
