Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage Aliexpress, Amazon, Newegg, Lazada or Wish account independently.
2. Make product marketing plan, upload and optimize products.
3. Provide good customer service; reply customer's E-mail quickly and accurately. Dealing with customers’issue, including Pre-sales consulting, after-sales maintenance and dispute resolving.
4. Complete shop's policies and institution, maintain the positive feedback rate and good credibility of shop, make a sales detail report and sales analysis.
5. Collect sales data, inventory data and RMA regularly to adjust sales strategy in time and maintain a better inventory turnover rate and inventory security.
6. Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitive analysis to support service definition in line with corporate strategy.
7. Make marketing campaigns, including website maintenance, edit advertisement to promote products, and draft of internal & external soft article advertisement.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Native language: English, German, Japanese, French, Thai, Russian, Italian etc. Have good oral and written skills.
2. Aspire to the international e-commerce trade, have a strong interest and enthusiasm for B2C online store sales.
3. Have the following working experience, B2B & B2C promotion, SEO, exchange links, forums, blog, mass-mailing, group message for client information.
4. Team spirit and strong sense of customer service.
