Topline & Relationship Manager Franchise Operations (m/f/d)

Our Northern European Franchise Operations-Team is looking for an experienced Topline & Relationship Manager Franchise Operations (m/f/d), der as main point-of-conctact for our Franchisees in the DACH-region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). You will support them on integrating into the Accor-environment, development of their business strategy and implementation and execution of our agreements and policies.

What Are Your Tasks:

• You are first point-of-contact for our various franchisees across the DACH-region, acting as advisor and liaison between Accor and our franchise partners
• You will manage and support franchisees in developing their business strategies and will contribute to driving our results through various engagement activities
• In this context, you will support them with advice in the interest of both parties, Accor and Franchisee, helping balance both, management of the Franchisee obligations and maintaining brand identity and -promise
• You will ensure an effective implementation of our franchise agreements, protecting the interests of Accor whilst respecting the needs of the Franchisees
• You will ensure a smooth integration of new franchisees
• You will help maximize commercial channels and operational integrations across Northern Europe
• By regularly exchanging with your operational colleagues and monitoring our brand standards closely, you will ensure network consistency and brand identity
• You will help build awareness of the current market trends in general and in franchising to ensure that Accor is responsive to the changing needs and can maximize opportunities within the franchise environment
• You will connect with our market leaders and our various Head Office departments to develop and derive the right strategy for each hotel
• You will help coordinate our partner communication across Northern Europe

Your Experience and Skills include:

• You have several years of relevant experience within hotel operations, ideally in a GM- or Operations Manager-role
• You have excellent decision making skills and an analytical and strategic mindset
• You have experience in developing clear strategic plans and business objectives, which balance long, medium and short-term business needs.
• You possess a proven business- and financial acumen
• Stakeholder management and influencing skills are amongst your key strengths
• Furthermore, you are a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire
• You are fluent in German and English
