YOUR TASKS AND RENSPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular salary surveys of the countries within his/her scope of responsibility  in collaboration with the vendors within the given timelines
• Check matches of Bayer jobs with benchmark positions; involve country HR for alignment if necessary
• Ensure data quality for survey submission
• Attend survey result meetings of vendors
• Upload survey results per country in MarketPay
• Conduct and provide overall result analysis per country and division within a defined format
• Provide TR benchmark data upon request
• Run ad hoc job pricing requests in the defined timeline and format
• Manage access rights for Market Pay and vendor tools/files/sites
• Monitor external vendor's service quality according to identified standards
• Project support

WHO YOU ARE

• College degree in business or HR related area or equivalent
• 1-2 years' experience in HR and with relevant HR information system (e.g. SAP)
• First experiences in conducting salary surveys, market analysis, and benchmarking processes
• Excellent English language skills orally and in written form
• Strong communication and customer service attitude
• High degree of reliability, motivation and pro-active mindset
• Eager to learn and flexibility within a deadline-driven working environment
• Skills in solving complex challenges
• Strong analytical and process background
• Digital literacy and mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP
• Ability to challenge the status quo and to embrace change
• Team player with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality
