As an Analyst in Intel's HR Total Rewards organization (Compensation and Benefits), you will support compensation design evaluation, analysis and effectiveness, and support the design and delivery of country/business group compensation programs.
As a member of the global Compensation Analytics and Delivery (CAD) team, the European Region CAD analyst will be partnering closely with the regional and global CAD team, regional/global Rewards consultants and local HR functions and support organizations.
Working closely with compensation consultants and designers, you'll run analysis on impacts of various design options, model potential costs, measure effectiveness of current plans, research market practices, and model budgets. Your work will help the Total Rewards organization understand current state, evaluate current and future opportunities, consider critical design implications, and prepare for and support program implementations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support Intel's market pricing process, including 3rd-party survey data management, peer list development, job matching and survey data analytics
Maintain Intel's compensation structures through collaboration and coordination with partners worldwide
Create and maintain data models, update process documentation and design products to support compensation delivery
Analyze and report on Intel's pay competitive position, highlighting opportunities and monitoring industry trends
Collaborate with partners and peers worldwide in a way that builds trust in the team's data, processes, and outcomes
Build and publish data visualization reports using Power BI for the global consulting community
Support targeted and broad-based compensation design and measure effectiveness of plans
Support compensation program design, including bonus, business group and country plan design, base pay, and equity via timely and accurate analysis of impacts of design options and cost modeling
Research market practices on innovative programs.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a focus in math, statistics, engineering, economics or similar;
5+ years of working experience in the following:
Compensation or HR analytics and data visualization: Experience creating dashboards for reporting [e.g. Power BI] is an advantage; complex Excel modeling files in alignment with pay strategies and outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
Must have:
Proven experience in Compensation analysis or other HR data analysis
Customer Focused: Experience in listening to and closely partnering with peers, customers and partners to create and run analyses that meet the customer needs and best drive the expected business outcomes
Communication: Experience communicating data methodologies and concepts to a broad audience; to tell a story with the data
Good to have:
Technical expertise in compensation: Experience in compensation benchmarking, market pricing, survey and vendor management, process standardization and compensation analytics,
Tech-Savvy and Process Improvement skills with proven experience in tooling and process automation (e.g. Excel VBA, SharePoint, RPA/RDA, Power BI, etc.)
Project Management: Program and project management skills with demonstrated success in sustaining process management discipline.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
