MaineGeneral Health’s Human Resources department has a unique opportunity for a Human Resources Information Systems Partner. In collaboration with an innovative HR team, the HRIS partner analyzes total rewards programs and HR Information Systems to recommend, design, and implement creative, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, dependable, effective communicator who can assess technological needs and report various stages of progress in meaningful formats. This is a long-term temporary position estimated to last 18-24 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with leadership and third-party administrators to determine business needs, priorities, issues, and opportunities.
  • Consults on the development, implementation, and management of strategies that advance the objectives of the business unit and the organization.
  • Provides coaching on the handling of total rewards and HRIS issues. Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures.
  • Researches and advises on the latest developments and trends in area(s) of expertise, including best practices, technologies, and legal/regulatory compliance.

The ideal education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, Business, Management, Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and reporting software.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
