KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Timely follow up on (rate) requests from the network and provide first hand solutions for Chinese and overseas network. 2.Allocation management; follow up on maximum fulfillment and monitor rolling pool.

3. Help to define short-term pricing strategy and share/execute the same with the network.

4. Follow budget targets and steer where needed to reach targets.

5. Analyze the out-going flows of containers and translate this in to equipment forecasts.

6.Ensure and oversee with our front offices the constant high service provided to key accounts.

7. Approve rate filing and manifest correctors.

8. Follow Chinese trade related news and share this with the trade management.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal ：

1. Direct report: Trade Manager and Commercial Manager.

2. Working relationships: Sales, Agents, Container Logistics, Operations/Network Planning, HQ.

External ：

1.Key Customers.

2. Local shipping authorities.

3. PICs in VSA/Partner lines.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

1.University Degree

2.5 years of experience in shipping line, including 2 years in Trade management

3. Job-Specific Skills: Negotiation skills Capacity to convince others Capacity to manage a multicultural team over several countries Ability to work under stress and in a fast-paced environment Ability to take decisions if/when instructed and to push those through internally Demonstrate an International & resilient mind-set A “can-do” & positive attitude A high level of work integrity is a “must” to deal with strategic Trade information
