To ensure correct trade master data in all applicable systems. To classify all product data entries before release to applicable systems by using internal and external information sources according to own area of responsibility. To proactively monitor all applicable classification information sources and to ensure continuous maintenance of classification data in applicable systems according to the this information. To identify and take forward process development and harmonisation possibilities of trade master data management in collaboration with other KONE units and stakeholders to ensure process compliance and efficiency. To ensure up-to-date documentation. To provide information and regular communication to KONE units and stakeholders.

Responsibility:

? Selecting and maintaining the correct HS classification of applicable data records, including mass-updates to KONE systems according to WCO classification rules and KONE global process requirements
? Proactive maintenance of knowledge level on WCO / country specific HS classification changes
? Ensuring that the classification information and quality is kept up to date in KONE systems in a timely manner according to own area of responsibility utilizing available internal / external data sources and information network
? Identifying process development opportunities and actively driving them forward
? Ensuring accurate record-keeping and up-to-date classification and process documentation
? Active collaboration and communication with other global team members and stakeholders in various KONE units, incl. training
? Acting as a point of contact and subject matter expert for various KONE units
? Developing expertise to support KONE units in other trade compliance (customs and export control) related topics

Requirements

? Proven track record of min. 2 years of work experience in international trade (import/export), trade compliance (customs/export control) or product classification
? Proficient written and spoken English skills
? Cross-functional / global communication, collaboration and presentation skills
? Experience working with different IT tools and processes, e.g. SAP
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Ability to work independently in an international environment
