Job Description
Responsibilities:

Perform sales tasks and generate sales leads to meet the sales targets of the fair, including cold calls, inquiry follow up, show visits, etc;
Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers;
Collect and compile market information for sales & marketing planning;
Prepare sales materials such as brochures, fact sheet, leaflets, flyers, etc and execute sales & marketing activities for the fair;
Handle sales administration duties such as processing of application form, invoicing, liaison with exhibitors and services suppliers etc.
Requirement:
Degree holder in any disciplines preferably in Marketing;
Minimum 2 years sales experience in exhibition or event management industry;
Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and communication skills;
Result-oriented, detail-minded, well-organized and a good team player;
Willing to take responsibility, able to work under pressure and achieve sales target;
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing;
Willing to travel overseas;
Candidate with more experience will consider the post of Senior Trade Fair Coordinator.
