Reporting to sales finance, and work together with senior trade finance manager as a business partner to support New Business Module. Ensure sufficient procedures and controls are in place which in line with Wyeth requirements. Coordinate other daily operation works within sales finance team.

• Support New Business Module (60%)

• Work together with distributor and involve in the overall TTS management process with lower tier distributor;

• Review and check contracts or any other promotion plans between ZQ and distributor before TTS release;

• Collect and review reimbursement documents from lower tier distributors according to Wyeth standard;

• Monitor and track monthly actual TTS from lower tier distributor (budget vs actual);

• Prepare monthly TTS reconciliation;

• Perform pre & post evaluation of distributor’s TTS to optimize the use of trade spend and deliver ROI.

• Daily Operation (40%)

• Monitor and track sales PFME/MOGE;

• TTS reconciliation for on-going business;

• TTS pre & post evaluation;

• Project base support, eg: DSP go deeper business module;

• Other adhoc.

Key Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related field;

• 3~5 working experiences in sales finance or related;

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task;

• Able to work independently and proactively;

• Strong sense of integrity;

• Proficient in excel and word.
