MISSION:

• To support product logistic and supply chain, working with HQ, China Logistic Department, Compliance Department and Commercial and Marketing team
• To optimize stock and maximize sales opportunity through assortment planning, monitoring and replenishment strategies.
• To analyze sales and stock to improve merchandise productivity and for reporting purpose

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Merchandising Management

• Stock Planning
• Product Data Maintenance
• Product and Pricing Maintenance
• Maintain product data in relevant systems
• Procurement Order and Supply Chain Management
• Monitor network stock
• Monitor Supply Chain: Liaise with Logistics to ensure stocks are receipted and distributed to meet monthly sales turnover.
• Identify production or local regulations constraints; proactively propose action plan to eliminate or minimize risks
• Coordinate with Risk Department, Logistic Department, Compliance Department and HQ in order to suggest security and insurance measurement.
• Manage and follow up Temporary Import Bond (TIB) and consignment stock for touring event planning and logistics.

Marketing Data Management

• Prepare sales data and performance analysis/trend
• Collect market intelligence, including market research, price positioning and competitive analysis
• Support coordination of business plan and action plan with marketing and commercial teams
• Support marketing plan based on the HQ guidelines

PROFILE:

• Minimum University graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Marketing-Merchandising, preferably within Retail and/or Luxury Goods industry
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Advanced proficiency / high level use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Analytical mind, sensitive to figures, result and action oriented
• Capable to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Willingness to go beyond
• Team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization
