Job Description:
- Make channel price, portfolio, promotion and distribution strategy for related category in H&B channels, based on solid channel and shopper insights.
- Achieve related categories performance of Unilever business in H&B channels, via category business planning, promotion arrangement and implementation and etc.
- Smoothly collaborate with cross function team to work out plan that is related and in-line with channel & customer strategy.
- Ensure flawless innovation and activity implementation in key customer, which needs strong inter-person skill to co-work to make plans landed OTIF.
- Be responsible to develop customer and shopper centric plans through good cooperation with internal cross functional teams .
- Optimize trade Investment through manage the channel & customer P&L .
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years related experience in international company or beauty company working within health & beauty channel, including Watsons or cosmetic customers.
- Experienced in handling complete business planning cycle with full knowledge of financial P&L.
- Best with experience in category management and planning.
- Strong knowledge in operation management for business and cross function.
- Excellent communication skill;
- Can bear with high working pressure and operation, including time-frame, complexity of workload.
- Quick Learner, solid and robust on numerical analysis.
- Strong insight and knowledge in H&B channel, retailors and shopper.
- Bachelor degree and above.
- Skillful at Excel and PPT.
- Fluent English.
