Responsibilities: -

Trade Marketing:-

• Formulate trade marketing strategies, programs and initiatives to drive sales growth in Retail channels
• Coordinate with retail marketing and sales teams to implement trade programs and initiatives with execution excellence
• Supervise to come up with promotion materials and monitor implementation of programs
• Evaluate trade program effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve program effectiveness
• Understand LKK’s shelf presence in store and come up with strategies supported with analyses to expand facing share and improve facing location
• Monitor and ensure effective use of trade fund
• Provide support on stock management in retail channel

New Business Development:-

• Formulate strategies, programs and initiatives including but not limited to driving sales growth in new local sales channels and cross border e-commerce to achieve target
• Identity new business opportunities, implement programs and initiatives in the responsible channel and raise LKK products’ distribution as much as possible  
• Coordinate with internal parties on product and packaging development, production planning and marketing campaign, when necessary
• Monitor and ensure effective use of trade fund
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: -

• Degree in Marketing, E-Business, E-commerce, Business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG/food industry in retail sales/trade marketing, business development or E-Commerce
• Hold a managerial position in the area of retail sales/trade marketing/business development, experience in retail key account management would be a definite advantage
• Able to cope with fast changing business requirements
• Excellent communication, logical & reasoning skills and detail-oriented characters, analytical and negotiation skills
• Independent, self-motivation, details-oriented and well-organized
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, etc.
