OBJECTIVES

Develop and execute the best in class trade marketing program in both on and off trade in China that drives volume and brand value.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for preparation of the annual brand plan in cooperation with marketing and sales team.

Work closely with marketing manager to develop, implement and evaluate sponsorship and promotions.

Work with the in-house designer in designing POSM, taproom merch and giveaways.

Develop and manage vendors to execute the production of POSM, taproom merch and giveaways to coordinate with marketing & sales events.

Responsible for implementation of POSM at Stone/AB accounts nationwide.

Visit both on and off trade accounts weekly to further strengthen the visual brand identity, develop opportunities for sponsorship & collaborations.

Responsible for using the data collected from account feedbacks, consumer insights, and competitor brands’ marketing activities to adjust promotional plans to optimize ROI on the marketing budget.

Timely prepare and submit monthly TM report.

Undertaking sales and marketing activities as assigned by the marketing manager.

Work with Sales and U.S. Marketing Team to identify branding and collaboration opportunities with bar/restaurants accounts and off trade accounts across China.

Assist in national distribution to grow our business across China.

Education/Qualification Requirement

? Fluency in both Chinese & English

? Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentations skills

? Team-orientation

? Solid analytical skills and planning/organizing skills

? Passionate about craft beer
