Regional TM Activity planning & Execution:
1. In line with Trade Marketing Manager's guideline on brand strategy: Focus on Prestige ON channel development and penetration. KTV, FKTV and bar are the key battle ground.
2. Communication with area sales for better understanding on their local status, competitor info. Assist Sales team on volume growth of targeted brands in key image outlet.
3. Assist Trade Marketing Manager to develop the concrete plan for ABC brand according to the timeline and ensure the plan is practical and concrete.
4. Track the implementation and budget to ensure the plan on the right track (weekly or monthly share drive relevant reports update)
5.collect the feedback of field situation after the completion and develop proposal for improvement and sharing.
Execution of HQ Activation Team Activities:
1. Qualified outlet/city plan for each activation to fit channel strategy and brand strategy. Well delivery and communication between trade and brand to ensure realize the brand & channel strategy.
2. Effective communication between trade and brand and immediate feedback/action to leverage both needs. Weekly con-call communication with activation team to ensure all the project on the right track.
3. Supervise event agency on pre-communication of all activations with trade/outlet to ensure well implementation and support to trade.
4. Strictly follow brand guideline and channel strategy guideline for effective investment.
Warehouse and logistic managing
1. Manage warehouse activities, inbound and outbound logistics.
2. Update the store list in time. Send the sore list to related personnel by week.
3. Ship products accurately and timely.
