Job Summary
As the Trade Marketing Executive, this role is to support the execution of collaborated activities with key customers and important local accounts. The major responsibilities are to execute company strategies and activity plans down to regional level. To focus on new wearers recruitment and wearer upgrade, this role will contribute to gain market share and win the competitive edges at B&M customers and storefronts.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take responsibilities for trade marketing support in South and West region, which will cover 13 cities over 100 key customers
Versed of market environments, current and possible emerging trends
Plan and execute instore display materials, e.g. paint the town program, vision care center, windows and outdoor advertisements, enlarge competitive display spaces to enhance the brand influential power and consumer engagement
First-hand market information gathering, analysis of competitors/market trend and consumer plans. Help to explore market opportunities with good understanding of customers and consumers needs promptly
Execute and cooperate trade marketing activities, e.g. free trials, trade promotion activities, office building events. Leverage on the market intelligence and customer resources, marketing activities and trial programs
Setting up offtake target, event follow ups and analysis to trigger comprehensive instore participation
Responsible for preparation of the weekly competitor reports/VCA reports, offtake reports for activities
Participate in new product launch program, assisting customized training events
Assist in the opening of new customers, collaborate with sales/PS/MKT team to be supply of choice
Assist in execution of customized marketing plan for the brand including brand support, sales expectations and communication tools to the consumers
JBP partner to design the marketing programs and cooperate with RSM, KAE to achieve business goals

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Trade marketing experience
- Energetic, capability of influence others
- Strong cooperation capabilities with clear communication skills
- Works collaboratively. Adapts readily to changes in workload and schedule
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Skills:
Basic Marketing knowledge
- Commercial sense with operational experience
Interpersonal and influence skills
Good computer application skill
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / ABILITIES
Ability to communicate both in writing and verbally, good listening skills, strong tracking and result driven spirit, prioritise daily actions, be self-motivated and a team player
Approx. 50% travel at times. Regular travel is required throughout South&West region
Minimum 3-5 years related experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail or medical industry. Trade marketing related experience preferred
