To drive the Marketing strategy in China and be responsible for providing the support for the brand trade events (online & offline promotion, GWP…) and CRM strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Drive the planning and execution of all online & offline B2B & B2C event, including store event, new store opening, promotion material design and application.
? Familiar with Sephora channel, act as primary contact for all event vendors, production companies and event hosts
? Manage trade marketing budget, event ROI analysis
? Promotion product management & product marketing
? Annual trade marketing plan and promotion calendar
? Budget planning and management
? Promotion / Co-brand marketing / Events
? Market research & analysis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience in cosmetics/skincare/luxury/fashion/lifestyle industry
- Bachelor above degree in Marketing, Business Management or related subject. MBA and/or overseas study experience highly preferred, not a must
- Interest in luxury niche brand marketing
- Good command of English
- Good presentation skills
- Entrepreneurship
- Hands on, capable to work independently, under pressure, and in dynamic environment
