Job Description
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Work with trade sales team & Marketing team to analysis the market, competition and resource, to offer effective supports to help trade team deliver annual sales target & KPIs including revenue and market share.
- Develop Eleva brand trade execution guideline and programs, accordance to brand strategies, market trend and competitive activities, including distribution, display, bonding day, initiation programs, promotions and new product launch.
- Work with Regional trade marketing and customer trade marketing to allocate resource and monitor execution by account level to ensure the efficiency.
- Find and motivate best practices and share to team, and deep dive to find issues’ route cause and problem provinces, design programs to guild teams to improve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min. 4 years experiences in FMCG/IMF/Beauty industry;
- At least 4+ years experiences in trade marketing functions;experiences in field sales or account team is better
- Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans;
- Knowledge about trade marketing strategy;
- Integrity and perseverance, positive attitude . customer oriented thinking logic
- with a deep understanding of the customer's ability to understand the industry status quo and customer status, sales management experience is preferred
- Be proactive to get things done.
- Strong communication skill both internally & externally;
- Good command of English and mandarin- both written and spoken;
