Position responsibility:

• Responsible for store image and decoration management, including store design, store budget management and control, construction follow-up and store image maintenance

• Manage to optimize and standardize store decoration process

• Work with sales team to develop annual store coverage plan

• Communicate store display standards and provide training to field sales team

• Collaborate closely with other functions like field sales, marketing, sales operations, finance etc. to ensure effective policy implementation

• Study best practice and analyze competitor

• Routine report and other administration

Qualification:

• 10 years’ experience of trade marketing, experience with team is preferred

• University education and above

• Experience in building material industry company is preferred

• Capability to develop priority and manage multiple tasks

• Effective communication skill

• English speaking and written skill

• Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans

• Good command of Excel and Power Point
