- Develop Sales Operation Process for trade spending and ensure compliance according to SOP;
- QPP trade spending planning & compliance to deliver company quarterly NS target;
- Lead TP tool setting in order to match business needs and drag report for analysis;
- Workout channel investment strategy;
Consumer Activation

Develop Sales Operation Process for consumer activation POSM, promoters, and toolings and ensure compliance according to SOP process;
Promoter solution to help enhance the in store purchase power and collect front end consumer feedback;
- Closely work with sales and marketing team to provide in store POSM/Toolings solution on Mainshelf, Checkout Counter and 2nd display locations and improve efficiency & visibility;
- Work with procurement team to manage agency and improve efficiency for the company
Identify channel/in-store drivers and develop them into visualized golden execution standards
Summarize monthly/quarterly execution focus and then clearly communicate to sales team
Comply with or develop the right measurable at all levels to ensure delivery and visibility of progress in achieving or business goals.
Clearly establishes: “where to win” and “how to win” trade, customer and shopper programs that deliver the outcomes required with clear marketing, sales and financial deliverables.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge and exposure to sales and marketing
- Extremely Proficient in MS Office based applications with an emphasis on database management and customer connectivity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A high level of understanding of finance and operations (logistics) of the business
- Demonstrated high levels of creativity and idea generation
