You will be responsible for executing trade marketing plans, events and loyalty program to drive business target and enhance consumer engagement and loyalty to the brand. You will be responsible to liaise and coordinating with different external stakeholders in executing the marketing promotion plans.

Responsiblities:

• Work closely with Sales teams on daily basis for cross brand level trade promotion alignment and to facilitate multiple brands promotion alignment
• Share market intelligence insights with sales teams on regular base
• Work with Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager to oversee trade promotion alignments in Modern Trade
• Develop marketing strategies for FMCG product line and executive marketing programs to achieve the Company's goal
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams in order to ensure marketing programs are executed smoothly

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in key account sales/ trade marketing experience/ retail sales management 
• Solid experience on FMCG products and knowledge on trade business sector is an essential
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with pleasant personality
