Position based in São Paulo office.

Overview position:

\- Launch planning of Motorola products for Retail and Carriers at LATAM
POS's, regionalizing the
strategy of the visual merchandising, shopper experience and sales force
training
\- Deployment approval of local campaigns (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile,
Argentina, Peru, Honduras, Puerto Rico, Ecuador and Guatemala);
\- Coordination of agencies to develop visual merchandising, shopper
experience and shop displays campaigns and localization.
\- Coordination of strategy and localization of training materials: sales
guide, e-learning, videos, experience apps, sales speech;
\- Coordination of the Motorola Insiders online training platform for
LATAM: Incentive action plan and content plan;
\- Coordination of Management Reports (Sales, Training and ROI)
\- Strategic alignment of Trade Marketing campaigns with Marketing and
commercial planning campaigns;
\- LATAM focal point with Global Team for campaigns and strategy deployment in
the region
\- Coordination of regional shopper experience and training projects, aligning
strategy and implementation in all LATAM Countries

#### Position Requirements:


Bachelor Degree is mandatory.
Courses: Advertising, Marketing or Administration;
MBA is differential
English Fluent and Spanish are mandatory
