Accountabilities:
1. Market Intelligence (15%)
1.1 Holistic analysis- market dynamics and customer opportunities
1.2 According to the result of market analysis and our product line analysis to identify business growth spots
1.3 Competitor’s latest market information and activities
2. POS & Promotion (50%)
2.1 Negotiate with sales to set up the tracking KPI
2.2 Set up by channel assortment guideline, maximize profit and sales mix
2.3 Deliver all POS requirements on time and within budget, maximize ROI for all in-store POS, and also tracking of POS relevant activities.
2.4 Responsible to work out promotion calendar which base on the Marketing calendar, and understand promotion/merchandising outcome and efficiency and ensure key learnings/findings adopt to national and regional promotion/merchandising planning
2.5 Regional competitive activities monitoring include monitor promoters
2.6 To push slow moving category and build category hero
3. Agency Management (10%)
3.1 Work with assigned agencies to drive high quality execution and timely delivery
3.2 Budget management
4. Product Relevant (10%)
4.1 Work with product manager including new product planning and managing the sales tools to build hot SKU
5. Branding (10%)
5.1 Support and write wechat’s articles
5.2 Events Related
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior on time (5%)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with Marketing or Management related major
2. More than 5 years working experience in trade marketing of consumer durable international brand
3. A strong ownership spirit, innovative problem-solving skills and good communication skills as well as presentation skills, result driven
4. Fluent in English, oral and written
5. Well skilled in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Adapt to frequent business trip more than 50%
