SRM Leader - Trade ROI 

 

This role plays a pivotal role ensuring our playbook meets our core business objectives. The SRM Leader proactively works with our sales team to hold risks, opportunities, insights and maximise all our trade investment choices and ultimately drive perfect store execution. The SRM Leader role is tasked with building technical expertise in price, pack promo and investment choices that will ensure marketplace competitiveness whilst while building capabilities across SRM growth pillars.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Deployment, management and governance of promotional guidelines across key Grocery accounts.
• Promotional evaluation to optimise plans across customers and brands.
• Identification of opportunities & risks through partnering with commercial counterparts and in depth analysis of internal and external datasets.
• Identification of revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities through optimisation of trade investments within Joint Business Plans.
• Supporting the implementation of pack & price initiatives.
• Training and upskilling commercial team on SRM philosophies, tools and tactics

 

 

What are we looking for?

• Graduate calibre, with a strong commercial background and extensive experience in a blue chip FMCG/consumer products environment
• Proven understanding and working knowledge across key revenue management pillars of price, promotional analytics/optimisation, customer investments and mix
• Strong financial skills, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to stand alone and challenge the status quo
