POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Trade Support Specialist, you will be working in the reservations department taking calls from our travel partners, in responsible for 5-8 PSA to create and maintain individual reservations. You will need to maximize revenue by achieving and exceeding your individual and team targets whilst maintaining and delivering the highest level of customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Answer direct calls from travel partners for product information and business and follow up related bookings;

b) Be responsible for individual reservations for 5-8 agents.

c) Deliver a consistent and high level of customer service to build an excellent company image through toll free line;

d) Be involved in the completion of company’s projects and related tasks

e) Familiar with all kinds of company products

f) Provide accurate and timely information utilizing company resources.

g) Maintain the reservations and finish weekly reports of bookings and payment status.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily fill in finance form for PSA’s reservation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

® To be proficient with the system applications in order to swiftly locate the caller’s reservation, establish status of booking and to search for information via the intranet.

® In-depth knowledge of AS 400 system.

® Excellent communication skill.

® Excellent team player.

® Good Listening & Writing in Mandarin, English

QUALIFICATIONS:

® Bachelor above required

® 1-2 year related working experience required
