Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
- Drive the implementation of depletion growth drivers, QDVAAA (Quality, Distribution, Visibilities, Appropriate Prices, Activation, and Advocacy) for selected retailing customers (such as gastro pubs, family KTV, liquor stores, whisky bars…)
- Organize festival campaigns (MAF, CNY, Xmas, Halloween…) in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
- Support retailing customers with appropriate mechanics to encourage trial by consumers
- Track customer marketing budgets to ensure the resources are fully utilized
- Set up tracking systems for all growth drivers and campaigns
- Work closely with finance, marketing, sales and sales operation to generate customer and shopper insights.
- Co-ordinate experiential activities for customers with brand ambassadors, whisky specialists, and brand teams
- Control the use of and inventory of point of sale materials
- Supervise the call plan of promotion girls and boys
- Utilize data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive distribution and market share
- Understand changing and differing priorities depending on regions and how these impact customer activation
Advanced Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge & experience of trade management
Strong communication, process, logical thinking and organisation skills.
Strong analytical expertise and inter-personal skills
Graduate Degree

Fluent in Spoken and written English
Clear evidence of success at finding shopper insight and translating company strategies into powerful and effective channel programs in the field and projects, with strong experience for programs and projects evaluation
Consumer good or luxury products trade / customer marketing experience
Having the knowledge of beverage alcohol category and local market trends will be a plus
