Key Responsibilities:

• Execute equity and bond trades for HK and mainland China market.
• Prepare day-end trade summary for Investment Team review and Operations Team reconciliation.
• Provide market-color and relevant stock trading color to Investment Team.
• Work closely with Operations Team to handle trading system enhancement, maintenance and testing.
• Perform regular best-execution and/or fair allocation assessment with other relevant teams.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with execution brokers and evaluate broker performance on a regular basis.
• Handle investor due diligence on trade-related areas.
• Conduct pre and post trade control/checks.
• Responsible for trading record retention.
• Perform other duties as required, including but not limited to assistance in operations/risk/compliance reporting and monitoring, data analysis and equity research support.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable universities.
• 1-3 years of equity or bond trading experience, with preference in onshore market.
• Punctuality, reliability and strong work ethics and integrity.
• Diligence, attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
• Strong data analytical skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
• Familiar with Bloomberg AIMS and other trading technologies as well as Wind, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong knowledge and control mindset on execution/dealing related compliance, conduct and risk issues.
• Capable to establish and build relationships with counterparties over time.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
