• Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 15 years' practical experience in construction with minimum 5 years in traffic management experience;
• Committed to the achievement of the highest standards in all construction activities including safety and quality assurance;
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness.
