Primarily managing the flow of work through the studio. Working with the in-house creatives, freelancers and project management teams you will be responsible for scheduling the relevant talent for every project.

You will support the Studio Creative Director on managing internal resources, helping to ensure the team works according to best practice, and helping to inform how to efficiently deliver outstanding creative work.

You will also involve working closely with the Project team to keep on top of freelance spend and keeping a close eye on forecasted projects and anticipate design freelancer needs,

Responsibilities:

• Managing workflow.
• Scheduling and resourcing all design studio requests through to delivery.
• Working with project manager to ensure work is produced to top quality, on budget and on time.
• Managing resource conflicts and finding workable solutions.
• Making sure all projects are resourced accurately, making maximum use of internal available human resources.
• Working closely with Project Managers to align on longer-term resource requirements for larger projects.
• Ensuring our monthly forecast matches up with scheduled projects and flagging where resource issues might impact us.
• Building on our current freelance pool for creative services.
• Identifying the most appropriate freelancers to use for each project and checking availability and cost.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Marketing & Advertising agencies on similar role
• Efficient in communication and good interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, capability to plan ahead
