Job Description

·       Assistance of year end closing activities;

·       Update daily financial reports, analyze significant changes and abnormal records;

·       Assistance of accounts reconciliation and use SWIFT codes to track the unpaid debts;

·       Assist to formulate, translate and review the financial documents and reports;

·       Assist to the asset-liability management, calculate and forecast the daily LCR;

·       Other jobs assigned such as scanning financial vouchers etc

Qualifications

•            University degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business Related Studies

•            Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.

•            Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region.

•            Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT etc.

•            Speaking Chinese is essential and Excellent in English and; other languages will be an advantage.

•            Good communication skill and team spirit

•            Focus on quality, drive for results and work effectively under pressure and with changes.

•            Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and with work ethic.
