Job offering: Job Descriptions: To prepare stock/order planning, order forecast, and purchase orders. To communicate with suppliers and follow up orders/shipments progress. To handle shipping documents and liaise with logistics division. To co-ordinate with marketing for sales projections and activities plans updates. To review and monitor shipment costs. To handle supplier invoices for payment settlement. To raise claims on shipment discrepancies / damages. To perform other daily routines of demand planning team.
Requirements: Higher diploma or above, major in Supply Chain / Logistics / Information System are highly preferred Familiar in using MS Excel, Word; with knowledge in VBA, Assess, SQL or Power BI are highly preferred Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
