Our IT Graduate Program is particularly designed for young IT talents that want to begin their professional career with a head start. During this two-year program, you will join different departments and work with cutting-edge technologies in specific projects. That’s how you will grow with us: For the first 12 month of the program, you will be assigned to a specific department of the Lisbon Tech Hub. The remaining 12 month, you will join another department of the Tech Hub in a different role. Depending on the projects you are working on, an additional assignment abroad could also be possible. The program is the perfect preparation for your future career as Product Owner, Scrum Master, IT Architect or Developer. In your role, you will play a key part in shaping the technology of tomorrow, whether it is in Data Analytics, Cloud Architecture, DevOps, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence. Various trainings are an integral part of the two years, so you can gain knowledge and expand your personal skills as well as your professional know-how. You’ll have regular exchanges with other Graduate Programs and so build international networks and friendships. From the beginning, a personal mentor will support you in your personal growth. Based on your personal strengths and preferences, the individual assignments are selected in close cooperation with your mentor, so you will have all the support you need for your best development. We are looking for: You finished your Bachelor’s or Master's degree in one of the following fields no longer than 3 years ago: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or other technology related fields. You share our believe that great things can only be achieved as team and that emotional intelligence is at least as important as technical know-how. You have already gained first experience in the IT area through, university projects, personal projects, or internships, for example. You have the courage and motivation to bring in new ideas and innovations to further drive digitalization together with us. You have excellent oral and written English skills, which makes it easy for you to communicate in an intercultural environment. In addition to a strong team spirit, excellent communication skills across all management levels are also part of your skill set. When?
