Job Descriptions:
a) Focused on managing enquires from PPS through phone and email
b) Own the issues raised by PPS and resolve them independently as far as possible, including:
i. Ticket change requests
ii. Refunds
iii. Enquiries on product, fares, special requests etc.
iv. Special requests on flight
v. Redemption bookings
vi. Complains
c) Liaise with other SIA departments (e.g. Loyalty Marketing, Finance) as needed, to resolve issues
d) Escalate issues promptly when necessary
e) Conduct passenger re-accommodation during flight disruptions, changes or cancellations
f) Maintain CEM Watch List
g) Active engagement of Pan-China PPS members through planning of engagement events, attending of networking events etc.
h) Building up the relationship with PPS to understand their needs more easily and ensure repeated business
i) Monitoring of loyal customers’ spend
j) Undergo on the job training and attachment programme at various Singapore Airlines passenger and cargo business units which may include Reservation & Ticketing, Airport Operations, Sales, Marketing & Public Relations, E-Commerce, HR/Admin and Finance.
k) Learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
l) Work alongside line managers to support business unit functions and perform analysis and research where needed
m) Develop and execute business development plans to grow new market segments
n) Passenger servicing areas will include attending to passenger enquirers, and air travel booking and ticket-related transactions, where assigned.
o) Any other projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
a) Bachelor Degree from reputable university
b) Strong command of oral and written English and Chinese
c) 2-year working experience and knowledge of new digital technology is preferable
d) Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities
e) Hard working and good team player
f) National mobility
