- Be responsible for Operator, QC, Tech & Engineer operation training, certification, recertification & multiple training 
- Update training material & test paper per production process change;
- Conduct the spec update & TECN training to relevant people;
- Coordinate with production department to arrange training schedule;
- Be responsible for training records management;
- Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor;
- Track training progress and ensure training quality to meet the certification requirement.
- Certified in required area process 
- Technical training course designation and development

- College degree in electronic & mechanical engineering or equivalent

- Have more than 2 years working experience in semiconductor company preferred.

- Fluent in both oral and written English. 

- Proficient in MS software (Word, Excel, PPT, Photoshop, E-learning…)

- Technical general course development skill

- Good communication skill & strong sense of teamwork
