Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support manager in retail training plan execution and deliver training in respective area
- Visit store regularly to evaluate the performance of promoter
- Coach promoter to strengthen product knowledge & sell skills
- Involve in training material design by request
- Track and consolidate training date, including training hours, cost, score, etc.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in retail training management
- Good facilitation, coaching and communication skills
- Capable in training material design
