Job Responsibilities

? Support manager in retail training plan execution and deliver training in respective area

? Visit store regularly to evaluate the performance of promoter

? Coach promoter to strengthen product knowledge & sell skills

? Involve in training material design by request

? Track and consolidate training date, including training hours, cost, score, etc.

Job Specifications

? Bachelor degree or above

? At least 3 years working experience in retail training management

? Good facilitation, coaching and communication skills

? Capable in training material design
